The recall covers every package, every size, of the medium cheddar, sharp cheddar, jalapeno jack, and Monterey jack. For the next nine days, watch anyone who ate it, especially young children, for bloody diarrhea, high fever, vomiting, or dehydration. If those appear, get to a clinician fast and name the cheese.
