Endometriosis detected

The pattern in your blood matches the one seen in women whose endometriosis was confirmed by surgery. With 97.5% specificity, false positives are rare, so this is a result worth acting on.

Next steps

Your report lays out the next steps: a gynecologist visit (or a reproductive endocrinologist if you are trying to conceive), a transvaginal ultrasound, and treatment options that no longer require surgery to begin.

Endometriosis not detected

Your signals do not match the endometriosis pattern. HerResolve catches about 80% of cases, so “not detected” makes endometriosis less likely but cannot fully rule it out.

Who can take it, and how to prepare

Validated for a specific group, and a few medications change what the test measures. The short version:
