How it works
From order to insights in three easy steps — no doctor’s visit required.
1
Receive the WatchPat One
The WatchPAT One is an FDA-cleared home sleep device with a wrist sensor, pulse oximeter, and chest sensor. Together they capture readings from your wrist, finger, and chest.
2
Wear it for one night
The device is comfortable and simple to put on. While you sleep, it records the key metrics used to assess sleep apnea, then sends them to Instalab for analysis.
3
Get your results
A physician at Instalab reviews your overnight data and sends a detailed personal sleep report covering your key metrics and apnea risk.
