Your results live in your Instalab account alongside your other tests, so your health picture builds over time instead of sitting in a PDF.

Do I need a doctor's order to book at Allina Health Richfield Clinic?

No. Every Instalab booking includes the physician order: an Instalab doctor reviews your booking, writes the order, and sends it to the facility for you. Your results are reviewed and delivered to your Instalab account.

Are there any fees on top of the listed price?

No. The price shown is your total: the test price set by Allina Health Richfield Clinic plus an Instalab concierge fee of $49 per test, which covers your physician order, scheduling, and physician-reviewed results with an action plan. Instalab+ members pay the test price only; the concierge fee is waived. Facility prices can change; the exact total is always shown before you pay.

How does scheduling work?

After checkout, Instalab sends your order to the facility and contacts you within 1 business day with appointment options. If none of the offered times work, our concierge team keeps coordinating with the facility until one does.
