Your results live in your Instalab account alongside your other tests, so your health picture builds over time instead of sitting in a PDF.

Do I need a doctor's order to book at Excelsior - Brooklyn?

No. Every Instalab booking includes the physician order: an Instalab doctor reviews your booking, writes the order, and sends it to the facility for you. Your results are reviewed and delivered to your Instalab account.

Are there any fees on top of the listed price?

No. The price shown is your total: the test price set by Excelsior - Brooklyn plus an Instalab concierge fee of $99 per test, which covers your physician order, scheduling, and physician-reviewed results with an action plan. Instalab+ members pay the test price only; the concierge fee is waived. Facility prices can change; the exact total is always shown before you pay.

How does scheduling work?
