What is Cinnulin and which cinnamon extract is used?
Cinnulin is a patented water-soluble extract of cinnamon bark standardized to type A polyphenol polymers. The water-extraction approach keeps coumarin levels low, the lipid-soluble compound concentrated in some whole cassia powders.
At what dose is biotin included?
Biotin is included at 3,000 mcg per serving. Note that biotin at this level can interfere with certain immunoassays, so pause Diaxinol before sensitive lab work as described in the warnings.
When should I take it?
Two capsules daily with meals. Splitting between breakfast and dinner divides the daily dose across the day. With-food dosing also tempers stomach effects and improves tolerability.
