How are the extracts standardized?
Bacopa is standardized to 12% bacosides, ashwagandha to 1.5% withanolides, rhodiola to 3% rosavins, and eleuthero to 0.8% eleutherosides. The L-theanine is Suntheanine and the phosphatidylserine is from sunflower seed.
How do I take it?
The manufacturer's suggested use is 2 capsules 1 to 2 times per day, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Take with food and water.
