O.N.E. Multivitamin by Pure Encapsulations

This is Pure Encapsulations O.N.E. Multivitamin, a once-daily multivitamin and mineral capsule. The bottle holds 120 capsules, about a four-month supply at one capsule per day. It suits adults who want a single-capsule multivitamin in their routine. The front of the bottle states it is gluten-free, non-GMO, and hypoallergenic.

Each capsule lists vitamins A, C, D3 (cholecalciferol, 2,000 IU), E, and a B-complex that uses Metafolin L-5-MTHF for folate, methylcobalamin for B12, and partly activated forms of riboflavin and B6. It also lists the minerals iodine, zinc, selenium, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, boron, and choline, plus inositol, 50 mg of CoQ10 (including the sustained-release MicroActive Q10-cyclodextrin complex), 50 mg of alpha-lipoic acid, and the carotenoids FloraGLO lutein, zeaxanthin, and lycopene.
