O.N.E. Multivitamin by Pure Encapsulations

This is a once-daily multivitamin and mineral capsule from Pure Encapsulations. The bottle contains 30 capsules and the serving size is one capsule. It is hypoallergenic, gluten-free, non-GMO, vegetarian, and contains no iron.

Each capsule lists vitamin A 1,125 mcg (as vitamin A acetate and beta-carotene), vitamin C 180 mg (as ascorbic acid), vitamin D 2,000 IU / 50 mcg (as cholecalciferol), vitamin E 20 mg (as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate), thiamin 3 mg, riboflavin 3 mg, niacin 20 mg, vitamin B6 4 mg, folate 667 mcg DFE (400 mcg as L-5-MTHF / Metafolin), vitamin B12 500 mcg (as methylcobalamin), biotin 300 mcg, and pantothenic acid 10 mg. The mineral and trace-element lineup is iodine 150 mcg, zinc 25 mg (as zinc citrate), selenium 70 mcg (as selenomethionine), manganese 2 mg, chromium 200 mcg, molybdenum 75 mcg, and boron 1 mg. The capsule also lists choline 25 mg, inositol 25 mg, coenzyme Q10 50 mg (as a sustained-release MicroActive CoQ10-cyclodextrin complex), alpha lipoic acid 50 mg, and a carotenoid blend of lutein 3 mg (FloraGLO), zeaxanthin 500 mcg, and lycopene 500 mcg.

The suggested use on the label is one capsule daily with a meal. Other ingredients are a vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), hypoallergenic plant fiber (cellulose), ascorbyl palmitate, and potato starch.
