- HbA1cA form of the oxygen-carrying protein in your red blood cells that sugar has permanently stuck to, showing how high your blood sugar has run on average over the past two to three months.
- GlucoseSerum glucose is the amount of glucose in the liquid part of a venous blood sample after the blood has clotted. Glucose is the main sugar in your blood, and the result shows your blood sugar at that moment.
