See if it's actually working

Glycine is the rate-limiting substrate for glutathione, so a rising glutathione is the real evidence; sleep quality is the other endpoint people take it for.

Glycine FAQs

What does glycine do?

Glycine is an amino acid used for collagen synthesis, neurotransmitter signaling, methylation balance, and bile acid formation. Studies show 3 g before bed improves sleep onset and quality, and it's also used as a counterpart to high-meat diets to balance methionine intake.

How much glycine should I take?

3 g, 30–60 minutes before bed for sleep. Higher doses (10–15 g/day) are used for collagen support or methionine balance. Glycine has a mildly sweet taste and dissolves easily in water.
