Each gelcap delivers 450 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 180 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) from anchovy fish oil, plus 30 mg of coenzyme Q10. EPA and DHA are long-chain omega-3 fatty acids. The Supplement Facts panel lists the ingredient as coenzyme Q10 and does not specify ubiquinone or ubiquinol. Other ingredients are gelatin (bovine), purified water and glycerin gelcap, and mixed tocopherols (vitamin E).
