Q-Absorb Co-Q10 100mg by Jarrow Formulas

This product is a single-ingredient coenzyme Q10 softgel for adults who want a daily CoQ10 at a defined 100 mg dose. CoQ10 is naturally present in the body, and the amount the body makes gradually declines with age.

Each softgel provides 100 mg of coenzyme Q10 in the ubiquinone form, the form measured by the USP standard and supplied as Kaneka Q10. The CoQ10 is carried in Jarrow's proprietary proliposome lipid-soluble delivery system, which is formulated to be better absorbed than dry-powder presentations. There are 60 softgels per bottle.

Per Jarrow Formulas, adults take 1 softgel 1 to 3 times per day with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Taking it with a meal that contains some fat improves absorption. Particle formation inside the softgel is normal and dissolves after ingestion.
