This is a once-daily ubiquinol softgel for adults who want a high-strength, active form of CoQ10. Each softgel delivers 200 mg of ubiquinol, the reduced (active) form of CoQ10 that the body uses directly, with no conversion step from ubiquinone required.

CoQ10 sits in the inner mitochondrial membrane, where it participates in electron transport during ATP production. It is also a fat-soluble molecule found in cell membranes. Ubiquinol is the reduced form the body uses in these processes. Jarrow's QH-absorb uses a proliposome delivery format to support absorption of the fat-soluble ubiquinol molecule, and the formula includes mixed tocopherols and ascorbyl palmitate to keep the ubiquinol stable in the softgel through shelf life.

Take 1 softgel daily, ideally with a meal that contains some fat, since ubiquinol is fat-soluble and absorbs better alongside dietary fat. Morning or midday tends to fit most routines. At 200 mg per softgel and 60 softgels per bottle, the standard regimen is a 60-day supply per bottle.
